Tip of the hat to Rutgers senior basketball players Mike Coburn, Jonathan Mitchell and James Beatty who played their final game at the Louis Brown Athletic Center on Saturday against West Virginia. Despite a career-high 20 point effort by Coburn, below, the Scarlet Knights dropped their 15th of the season by a score of 65-54.

Bishop Paul G. Bootkoski, of the Diocese of Metuchen, commemorated “World Day of the Sick” by holding Mass at St Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick.  Following the noon service, the Bishop also blessed some patients at their bedside.
